Monmouth's Dan Evers (Sugar Grove, Ill./Kaneland) not only vaulted into the Fighting Scots' record book last weekend, he also cracked the national records and earned the Division III National Athlete of the Week award from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
